MediaStreamTrack: id property

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since September 2017.
The id read-only property of the MediaStreamTrack interface returns a
string containing a unique identifier (GUID) for the track, which is
generated by the user agent.
