PaymentRequest: payerName property

This feature is not Baseline because it does not work in some of the most widely-used browsers.
Secure context: This feature is available only in secure contexts (HTTPS), in some or all supporting browsers.
The payerName read-only property of the
PaymentResponse interface returns the name supplied by the user. This
option is only present when the requestPayerName option is set to
true in the options parameter of the
PaymentRequest() constructor.
Value
A string containing the payer name.
