Sensor: activated property

Secure context: This feature is available only in secure contexts (HTTPS), in some or all supporting browsers.
The activated read-only property
of the Sensor interface returns a boolean value indicating
whether the sensor is active.
Because Sensor is a base class, activated may only be read
from one of its derived classes.
