ServiceWorkerContainer: getRegistrations() method

The getRegistrations() method of the
ServiceWorkerContainer interface gets all
ServiceWorkerRegistrations associated with a
ServiceWorkerContainer, in an array. The method returns a
Promise that resolves to an array of
ServiceWorkerRegistration.
