encoding は TextEncoderStream インターフェイスの読み取り専用プロパティで、現在の TextEncoderStream オブジェクトが使用するエンコーディングアルゴリズムの名前が入った文字列を返します。

utf-8 のエンコードされたデータが入った文字列です。
