Element: hasPointerCapture() method

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2020.
The hasPointerCapture() method of the
Element interface checks whether the element on which it is invoked has
pointer capture for the pointer identified by the given pointer ID.
Syntax

Parameters
pointerId-
The
pointerIdof aPointerEventobject.
Return value
A boolean value — true if the element does have pointer capture for the pointer identified by the given pointer ID, false if it doesn't.
