WebGL2RenderingContext: getSamplerParameter() method

The WebGL2RenderingContext.getSamplerParameter() method
of the WebGL 2 API returns parameter
information of a WebGLSampler object.

Return value
Depends on the pname parameter, either a GLenum or a
GLfloat.
